Principal Accountant General (A & E) Karnataka:
The Accountant General provide the punctual settlement of pensionary benefits and provident fund balance dues to the pensioner.
The office addresses the concerned authorities, in respect of deficiencies and defects within one month; and, to keep the beneficiaries informed of such action and also acknowledge receipt of all complaint cases within one week.
It furnish final replies to complaints relating to retirement benefits within two months of their receipt and also furnish final replies to correspondence relating to discrepancies in general provident fund accounts within three months of receipt
About Online Grievance Lodging and Remedy System:
There is a facility of online Grievance has been started by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. If Any person has any complaint with any Entitlement function like GPF and Pension discharged by the AG Accountants General can register his/her complaint online. The person has to explain their complaint in written and have to upload relevant documents with the written text.

The Acknowledgments number or receipt would be provided to the person through SMS on their mobile and by e-mail, also along with status updates via SMS.
How to View Status of your Complaint:
The person can also view the status of the grievance redress online on the website. The complainant can also print the registered complaint details. The person can view and print the registered complaint through ‘View Status of Your Grievance’. A logged-in user can view/print registered complaint details through pending list by clicking on “so. no” of the particular complaint. But complaint registered online through the Internet by the complainant will appear in the pending list after it is reviewed by authenticated user of the office.
To view the status of your complaint, the person will have to provide their allotted Registration No./ PPO No./ GPF No./ Mobile no.
